I have worked in the wellness world for many years as a Midwife, Doula and Hypnobirthing Teacher. My journey to discovering the many benefits of Reiki for supporting our wellbeing has been a gradual one that started with discovering the benefits for myself and my family. The Treatments
Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is based on the ancient Ayurvedic healing system using the upper Chakras. This massage works on areas of the body particularly prone to stress, especially the neck and the shoulders where tension affects major muscle groups, it can often bring immediate relief. It is a deep massage, using a variety of pressure and techniques, including circular massage strokes on your scalp, deep tissue work on your shoulders, and stretching the neck.
Aromatouch Massage
AromaTouch combines the unique benefits of human touch with the power of essential oils. The experience is about emotionally connecting with another person to form feelings of trust and create an overall wellness experience.
This technique uses eight essential oils, sorted into four categories: relaxing, supportive, soothing and invigorating.
The oils will be layered onto your back and feet through a gorgeous light massage application for the ultimate relaxing, healing and uplifting experience.
Hopi Ear Candling
Hopi Ear Candling or Thermo Auricular Therapy
Hopi ear candles are an ancient and natural therapy that can offer relief from issues such as sinus problems, compacted ear wax, tinnitus and headaches.
Hopi ear candle treatments can also help to reduce inflammation in the ears and sinuses, relieve the symptoms of hay fever, rebalance your body’s natural flow, and generally calm and relax you when life is stressful.
